Mr Vijay Jawadekar
A graduate in Electronics Engineering & a holder of a Diploma in Business Administration, Mr Vijay Jawadekar is the Founder & Managing Director of Savim Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Having started his business in the 90s owing to a small space at his home, he achieved great heights due to his sustained efforts. The visionary’s venture started in telecommunication and soon enough his strong business acumen allowed him to add new products & solutions, thus providing a holistic, integrated solution to the clients.
Right from telecom products of TATA, Alcatel, Ericsson, NEC, Siemens & more to public address solutions from BOSCH, Onkyo, UPS from Kirloskar, Eaton & others, he started setting a benchmark in the industry, soon becoming renowned for improving factory productivity as well.
For more than 20 years, Mr Vijay Jawadekar has been portraying exceptional efficiency in fuelling business growth by paying close attention to customer support, marketing, sales & product portfolio. This seamlessly led to fantastic supervision of the overall functioning of the company.
His expertise made the company ascend while reinventing itself when stuck in a downward graph. His core strengths lie in relationship management & utmost customer satisfaction with a consultative approach. Being greatly involved in implementing various business functions, he has always fostered optimal customer satisfaction while providing cost-effective & excellent solutions to a diverse set of customers.
Ms Manjiri Jawadekar
Ms Manjiri Jawadekar is a certified Neoway, NLP Life & Performance Coach, Master Coach and Accelerated Learning Skills NLP Coach (Neoway Academy). Her immense love for working with people and offering dedicated support at a time when they’re aspiring to turn around their lives drives her greatly. She finds unending happiness in working with individuals who seek to build excellence in their lives and make an impact at work. Journeying with people to help them reinvent themselves and transform their lives sets the foundation of her ambition.
For more than a decade, she has been a part of Savim Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Director and continues to be on the board. She joined the company in 1999 to reinvent and remodel it. The work experience at Savim for her has proved to be extremely rewarding, honing her leadership skills. All her hard work and talent have always paid off in the form of exceptional results.
In 2008, the urge to find something that could give her a sense of bigger purpose and inner satisfaction was coming forth. She took it as a sign to work with people. Witnessing people live up to their potential never failed to give her tremendous joy. Thus, she completed the required certifications and soon in 2011, she started her own consulting and training company named “Reivent Coaching and Consulting.”
