Senior Admin Executive

Experience Required: 6-8 years

Responsibilities:
  • Report daily updates to the Director and concerned departments
  • Ensure compliance and suggest accurate software-based entries
  • Coordinate service calls and supplier deliveries
  • Communicate with departments, suppliers, and customers efficiently
  • Monitor office processes to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in computer applications for record-keeping and accounting
  • Experience with Tally and accounting entries
  • Knowledge of compliance rules and accounting regulations
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage payments and supplier coordination
  • Experience in handling service calls and tracking office processes
  • Negotiation skills for sales inquiries and order closures

Project Engineer

  • Installing & commissioning of PA system, CCTV, IT networks, smart factory solutions in IOT 4.0 and digital manufacturing
  • Complete projects on schedule with smooth execution
  • Conduct meetings and training for customers on system usage
  • Prepare and finalise handover documents post-project
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless project flow
  • Follow safety guidelines at the customer site
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of PA systems, CCTV, IT networks, and smart factory solutions in IoT 4.0 & digital manufacturing
  • Experience in installation, setup, and commissioning of these systems
  • Strong project management & coordination skills
  • Ability to conduct customer meetings and training sessions
  • Strong team leadership and customer satisfaction focus

Business Development - Manager
