Call Escalation Process

1. Call Registration

The call is logged with the Call Coordinator via phone (9632914418) or email (website@savim-technologies.com).

2. Service Engineer Assignment

The concerned Service Engineer is notified and assigned to the call.

3. Initial Contact

The Service Engineer contacts the customer, provides a time for response, and suggests an initial solution.

4. On-site Visit

The Service Engineer visits the site, carries necessary spares, resolves the issue, and completes a service report to close the call.

5. Spares Coordination

If additional spares are needed, the Service Engineer coordinates with the office or principal to get them.

6. Spares Delivery & Resolution

Once the spares are available, the engineer resolves the issue and closes the call as soon as possible.

7. Escalation to Director

If the issue remains unresolved, the call is escalated to the Director for further action.

8. Customer Satisfaction

Ensuring the customer is satisfied with the service provided.
